I have some collection care models, which are very beautiful. I used to like watching them, but when I moved in a new apartment, I've lost some of them. Today when I was cooking I observed one of them, wich was used as a decoration for my desk. These models are very different, because they are made in two different countries (and I am talking about the toys), the French one was made in France, but the Soviet one was made in China. Locuințele trebuie să fie în primul rând funcționale. Să fie economă construcția și întreținerea, să aibă spații largi și să posede diferite facilități accesibile doar pentru locatari. La începutul secolului al XX-lea a apărut moda funcționalismului, care s-a manifestat prin reducerea unelor elemente decorative ale unui bloc în favoare extensiunii volumului. Mereu mi-au plăcut locuințele vechi, dar dacă e să vorbim despre niște locuințe din trecut care pot fi aplicate cu ușurință în prezent, atunci cred că putem aplica metodele de la începutul veacului trecut. Graham din 1938 Streamline modernul este tipul târziu al stilului Art Deco, care s-a manifestat atât în arhitectură, cât și în designul industrial. Acesta a apărut în anii 1930 și se deosebește prin formele rotunjite și aerodinamice, liniile lungi orizontale și uneori elemente nautice. Primele clădiri streamline au fost desprinse din lucrările artiștilor Bauhaus, iar clădirea considerată ca fiind prima de acest gen este anume Mossehaus. Stilul a fost încorporarea luminii electrici în structura arhitecturală. Aceste elemente erau specifice pentru pacheboturile vremii, mai cu seamă SS Normandie. Multe clădiri erau construite asemenea unor nave maritime, cum ar fi navele de croazieră, dar uneori se mai îmbinau și elementele aeronavelor. Astfel Streamline Moderne a însemnat viteză.
