Paquebot buildings, streamline moderne furniture and airstream vehicles in an open-world game about the post-apocalyptic life after the nuclear war Fallout 4 is an action role-playing video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios. Released worldwide on November 10, 2015, it is the fifth major installment in the Fallout series. The game is set within an open world post-apocalyptic environment that encompasses the city of Boston and the surrounding Massachusetts region known as "The Commonwealth". The main story takes place in the year 2287, ten years after the events of Fallout 3 and 210 years after "The Great War", which caused catastrophic nuclear devastation across the United States.  An element of the game which I like a lot is the presence of the streamline design, or paquebot design, of some buildings, of the furniture and the cars. I tried to select some beautiful examples of this kind of architecture and design and I found some great stuff.  ...

Grim Fandango is an adventure game, in which the player controls Manuel "Manny" Calavera (calavera being Spanish for 'skull') as he follows Mercedes "Meche" Colomar in the Underworld. Grim Fandango takes place in the Land of the Dead (the Eighth Underworld), where recently departed souls aim to make their way to the Land of Eternal Rest (the Ninth Underworld). Good deeds in life are rewarded by access to better travel packages to assist in making the journey of the soul, the best of which is the Number Nine, a train that takes four minutes to reach the gate to the Ninth Underworld. Souls who did not lead a kind life are left to travel through the Land of the Dead on foot, which would take around four years. Such souls often lose faith in the existence of the Ninth Underworld and instead find jobs in the Land of the Dead.
